P salm 100 begins with this directive - make a joyful noise! Our choir members consider it a joy and privilege to“come into his presence with singing.” We come with our varied degrees of talent and do our best to complement each service with our ministry of music on Sunday morning. We dedicate Wednesday night at 7 P.M. for practice and come at 9 A.M. on Sunday morning to rehearse again.Our choir director/organist is Alex Whitaker, who studies at Oberlin College, and we have asked him to challenge us with music that is not as familiar to us as some of our old favorites are. He looks for music that ties in with the theme of a particular Sunday service. We welcome new singers at any time and are pleased to have several teens joining us when they can.
Come and join us in making a “joyful noise to the Lord.”
