Daily Devotional

Chili Cook Off

To raise funds for the 2017 Women's Retreat and Vacation Bible School, we are holding a Chili Cook Off on Sunday, February 12 after the worship service.  Members of the congregation will be bringing their chili entries for the chance to win bragging rights and a prize!  Adults may purchase tickets to taste 3 chilis for $5.00; children get 1 tasting for $2.50.

Marching for Women's Rights

On January 21 our pastor and his wife Allison joined with thousands in Cleveland in the Women's March on Cleveland in support of women's rights.  Marches were held in many cities in the U.S. and around the world, even as far as Antarctica.  We, at First Congregational Church UCC of North Ridgeville are PROUD to say Rev. Arik Borstad is our pastor and that he represents our church!

Mardi Gras 2017

mardi gras

We invite you to join us on Sunday, February 26 for our annual Mardi Gras celebration.  After the regular worship service at 10:00 a.m., we will be enjoying a pancake and sausage brunch, creating our "Alleluia"s to be put away for the Lenten season, having pancake races, and discovering who will be the Keeper of the Alleluias until Easter morning.  And don't forget the beads! Come join in the fun!
